but they take place in the heart of the neighborhoods of cities. The 
lesson we learn from the uprising against the authoritarian government 
is that when people have common experience, knowledge and trust with 
each other, their presence on the streets becomes stronger, more 
effective and safer. On one side, the path of infiltration and 
confiscation by authorities and mercenaries is closed.
When spontaneous and revolutionary neighborhood committees join 
together, from the heart of this joining, urban communes will be formed. 
A horizontal, dynamic and responsible network that is administered 
without domination and divides decision, coordination and responsibility 
among all. The connection between Cantons, which are self-produced by a 
series of surrounding communes, is firmly based on collective experience 
and cooperation, and is transforming into a living network that is not 
limited to the center and imposing power, but where the collective will 
flows.
Continuing this path, after the collapse of the integrityist government, 
society will not remain confused and will not need to reproduce the 
central government. Life, security, restoration and collective 
decision-making flow from the heart of those networks, and power, 
instead of focusing on one point, is distributed among people. This path 
upholds freedom and mass administration and thwarts any attempt to 
confiscate the will of the people. The blood of the red carpet 
protesters will not become any foreign masters or forces; society will 
return to its real owners.
Currently, Internet lines in Iranian cities are disconnected and active 
comrades have lost contact with us. Given the past records, this could 
be a deeply worrying indication of the political situation and the 
possibility of resurgence of militants by the security-military forces 
of the fascist government that governs the geography of Iran.
